Our Committee

How it works

Waverley Community Out Of School Care is a not-for-profit, managed by the families that use our services.

This means 100% of your fees go back into running our centre.

The Management Committee is elected every year and is comprised of parents and guardians who use our service. The Committee supports our team of Educators and is responsible for the overall management of WCOOSC.

Get involved

  • We hold a meeting in week 6 of every term and an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once a year in June.

    These meetings are open to everyone that uses WCOOSC and we encourage you to come along and take part.

    Meeting details, including minutes, are sent out in Xplor and by email.

  • We are always interested to hear from parents and guardians who would like to help out either on a particular project or by joining the Management Committee.

    If you are interested in getting more involved, please come to the next WCOOSC meeting.
