Our autumn vacation care program will run from Tuesday, April 7 to Tuesday, April 21. Bookings are now open.

Please note there is a 2-week/14-day notice to cancel without charge. The cancellation period is calculated from the start of sessions, which is 7:30am.

Booking requests

Your child must be enrolled with WCOOSC to make bookings and booking requests should be made through the Xplor App.

Confirmed bookings will go into your calendar on the Xplor App. If there is no place available your booking will show as declined, you’ll receive an email and be placed on the wait list. Please allow 2 to 3 days for requests to be processed.

You will also need to complete some permission forms. Click on the links to open the relevant forms.

Permission Form - please complete for each child attending vacation care. This form is for both incursion consent and excursion permissions.
