The Spring holidays are here! 🌿

Get ready for two weeks of fun, adventure and unforgettable experiences at WCOOSC! Our Spring Vacation Care Program is packed with exciting excursions, incursions, themed days, creative activities, sports and special events for children to enjoy.

From exploring new places to getting hands-on with exciting activities, there’s something for everyone to look forward to these school holidays!

Please note: A 2-week/14-day notice period is required to cancel bookings without charge. The cancellation period is calculated from the session start time of 7:30am.

Booking requests

Your child must be enrolled with WCOOSC to make bookings and booking requests should be made through the Xplor App.

Confirmed bookings will go into your calendar on the Xplor App. If there is no place available your booking will show as declined, you’ll receive an email and be placed on the wait list. Please allow 2 to 3 days for requests to be processed.

You will also need to complete some permission forms. Click on the links to open the relevant forms.

Permission Form - please complete for each child attending vacation care. This form is for both incursion consent and excursion permissions.
